OUR GOAL

The Glory Impact Center is a faith based nonprofit. Our goal is to bring healing to hearts, deliverance, and freedom from distress and setbacks. We accomplish this with : life skills groups , counseling, education enrichment, ministry, and emergency resources.​

WHO WE ARE

We are more than a counseling center or a community center. We are a place of refuge for the weary soul where all people can connect and grow together. Regardless of what storm you are facing, we believe that you can find healing, deliverance, and victory in Christ.


We want all to know that . . . *They are more than what they have been through or who others say that they are in life. *They are who God says that they are... an OVERCOMER * They have been made on purpose for a purpose !!!


WHERE WE SERVE

We are based in North Texas. We offer our services at schools, churches and other organizations. And we also provide on on one support through our crisis hotline.

School mentoring





The Born to Win program is a school-based mentoring prevention program that provides life skills training and social emotional learning development through reading, conversation, and team building exercises. The goal is for children to develop a "I am and I can" mentality so that they can navigate life challenges and reach their full potential.



COUNSELING AND LIFE SKILLS





Beauty for Ashes is a life coaching and counseling support group created to heal and empower adults who have been broken by adversities in life, so that they can break negative cycles and walk in purpose. Participants also receive educational enrichment that helps them discover their potential and develop skills that will help them reach their goals. 24/7 support is also available through our crisis hotline.



EMERGENCY RESOURCES





The Overflow Resource Center provides food, basic needs items and health and wellness programs to meet the physical needs of the community to help people overcome obstacles hindering them from thriving and living productive lives.

Natasha Lewis


Co-Founder


Natasha Lewis graduated from Duke University and has a background in nonprofit administration. She is a pastoral counselor and mental health coach, As a ministry leader, she has a heart for Isaiah 61 ministry and wants to heal the broken hearted, to set the captives free, and to reach the lost. She wants to share God’s truths through love and believes that the truth that people know will set them free. Her ultimate goal is for all to discover their identity in Christ, find purpose, discover their gifts, and to walk in their full potential.

Sheree Lewis



Co-Founder


Sheree Lewis graduated from Duke University and has a background in nonprofit administration. She is a biblical counselor and a mental health coach. Sheree has a heart for prayer ministry and desires to stand in the gap for those in need. She believes in the importance of applying scriptural truths to your daily life. She wants all people to have a firm foundation in Christ and to always know that they have a Heavenly Father who loves them. Furthermore, she is responsible for securing funding, establishing community partnerships, providing resources that meet the needs of the community.

Shekinah Achu



Board Member



Shekinah Achu has a Masters Degree in Counseling from The King's University in Southlake, TX. She is an ordained minister, and a mentor. She has a heart to help young adults discover their purpose and find meaning in their lives. After years of being a nurse and traveling internationally doing missions, Shekinah has seen the faithfulness of God in His mercy and power to bless His people.
