We’re excited to invite dedicated, energetic, and compassionate individuals to apply for open positions on our after school program team for the 2025–2026 academic year (August–May).
📍 Location: Tarrant County Schools (serving elementary & middle school students)
📋 Open Positions:
1. Site Coordinator (Part-Time)
Oversees daily operations and staff
Communicates with parents, school personnel, and program leadership
Ensures safety, attendance tracking, and program quality
Approx. 20–25 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
2. Group Leaders (2–3 Openings)
Lead engaging activities (arts, games, SEL, enrichment)
Supervise and support groups of 10–15 students
Help with snack, dismissal, and classroom routines
Approx. 15–20 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
3. Program Assistant / Floater
Provides support where needed throughout the site
Assists with setup, materials, snack, and transitions
Perfect for aspiring educators or flexible part-timers
Approx. 10–15 hours/week
4. Academic Support / Tutor
Helps students with homework, reading, and math
Supports small groups or 1:1 tutoring as needed
Approx. 8–10 hours/week
🕒 Program Hours:
Monday–Friday | After school until 6:00 PM
Follows local school district calendar (no major holidays)
✅ Ideal Candidates:
Love working with children in grades K–6
Are dependable, organized, and enthusiastic
Have experience in education, youth programs, or childcare (preferred but not required)
Pass a background check and complete training
